A few years ago, I began to notice something deeply familiar among the women around me. After years of giving so much of themselves to their families, their careers, their communities, they found themselves standing at the edge of a new chapter, unsure of what came next.

For me, this realization felt personal.

I had spent years coaching students, inspired by their sense of possibility and the excitement of what lies ahead. Yet as a mother, I understood the quiet shift that happens when your children begin to build lives of their own. There is pride, of course, but also a stillness that invites reflection. And in that stillness, a question begins to surface.

What comes next?

I came to see this moment not as a loss, but as an opening. A rare and beautiful opportunity to rediscover who you are, reconnect with what you love, and thoughtfully reimagine the life you want to create moving forward.

This is where my work begins.
